I’ve been here twice now and have gotten the salmon and Saba set. The flavours are so perfect, delicate, and balanced. My dad is not a foodie by any stretch of the imagination and generally sees food as being just for sustenance. He said “this is good!” When I asked him if was about the fish, he said “no, everything is good!” That is his version of the highest praise and I couldn’t agree more.
